Agreement
By accessing clasio.eu / clasio.vercel.app or using the Interactive Evaluation, you agree to these Terms. If you are evaluating on behalf of a school or trust, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
What Clasio provides
Clasio is an operational intelligence platform for schools. The public site and Interactive Evaluation let authorised visitors explore product concepts with simulated school-day data. The evaluation is for evaluation and demonstration — not a production school information system unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Interactive Evaluation
- Credentials and invite links may be time-limited and are for the named visitor or organisation only.
- Do not share credentials publicly or use the evaluation to process real pupil safeguarding records.
- Changes in the evaluation environment are temporary and may reset automatically.
- Fictional learner and staff names in the dataset are illustrative. Your personalisation (name/school) is applied for demonstration only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service abusively.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential pupil data into the evaluation.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting access or pricing.
- Use automated bots in ways that degrade the service.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual property
Clasio branding, product design, copy, software, and evaluation content remain our property (or our licensors'). You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the evaluation for internal assessment of Clasio — not to copy, resell, or republish the materials as your own product.
No warranty
The website and Interactive Evaluation are provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the evaluation reflects every feature of a future production deployment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clasio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or evaluation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
