Who we are
Clasio provides operational intelligence software for schools, including an Interactive Evaluation environment used by school leaders and trusts considering the product. For privacy questions, contact hello@clasio.eu.
Information we collect
- Contact and evaluation details you submit — such as name, work email, school or organisation, role, country, and messages on quote or contact forms.
- Interactive Evaluation profile — name, school, role, and optional preferences you enter so the evaluation can feel like your school. Learner and staff names in the dataset remain fictional.
- Session and product analytics — evaluation session ID, pages viewed, actions taken, feedback answers, approximate location from edge headers, browser/device type, and language preference.
- Technical data — cookies or similar storage needed for language, demo session, and authentication during an evaluation.
How we use information
- Respond to quote, walkthrough, and partnership requests.
- Operate and improve the Interactive Evaluation and website.
- Understand which capabilities and pains matter most to school visitors (including post-evaluation feedback).
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Send operational follow-up related to your request (not marketing lists without a clear basis).
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we typically rely on:
- Legitimate interests — operating a B2B evaluation, securing the service, and understanding product fit with school leaders.
- Contract / pre-contract steps — responding when you ask for pricing, a walkthrough, or evaluation access.
- Consent — where required for optional cookies or communications.
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with processors that help us run Clasio (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics), under appropriate agreements, or when required by law.
Retention
Evaluation session data and lead records are kept only as long as needed for follow-up, product improvement, security, and legal requirements. Interactive Evaluation activity in the browser is temporary and designed to reset.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at hello@clasio.eu to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a cloud evaluation and lead-capture product, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
Clasio's public site and Interactive Evaluation are intended for school professionals and authorised evaluators — not for children to use directly.
Changes
We may update this policy as Clasio evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
